In leadership, lasting impact begins when a vision stops belonging to one person and starts belonging to everyone. The strongest movements are built by leaders who inspire others to take ownership, ensuring that change continues long after any single leader steps away. This is the power of enrollment.
In this powerful keynote, Tony Sanneh will explore how enrolling others in a shared vision turns individual effort into a movement. Drawing on his journey from the 2002 FIFA World Cup and two MLS Cup championships to founding The Sanneh Foundation, one of Minnesota's most impactful youth-serving organizations, Tony will share how real change is never carried by one leader alone. His work spans the Twin Cities and Haiti, where the Foundation's Haitian Initiative has enrolled families, coaches, community partners, and even government ministries in a shared vision: using soccer to keep kids in Cité Soleil in school, fed, and growing as leaders.
For Haiti Outreach, enrollment is at the heart of our model. Communities lead their own development because they own the vision, and that ownership is what makes change last. This keynote will challenge attendees to move from spectators to stakeholders, and to enroll themselves in a movement that grows through shared vision and continuous action.
Join us for an inspiring conversation on how vision becomes a movement, in Haiti and beyond.
